HOW I WORK

• You talk to the person writing your code. No account manager, no handoffs, no junior doing the actual work.
• Weekly staging links from week one. You see real progress, not status reports.
• Based in Morocco (UTC+1): full overlap with European working hours, workable overlap with US East mornings.
• Work and build in English, French, or Arabic — the product itself included, not just the meetings.

WHAT I WON'T DO

• No hourly billing — fixed quotes only, in writing.
• No projects I can't ship myself end to end.
• No disappearing after launch — two weeks of fixes included.

LOW-RISK BY DESIGN

• Written scope and milestone schedule before any code, and a fixed quote that only changes if you approve a written change to scope.
• You own the code from the first commit, in your repo.
• Weekly staging links and a written progress summary: you always see where things stand.
• Two weeks of free fixes after launch, then an honest handover.
• Contract and invoice provided for every engagement.
• References available before signing.
